For the Police Symphony Orchestra we designed and visualized the stage for their concert premiere at the Prague Congress Centre. The POS team then used our Wygroom studio to program the set and lights. And how did the design come about?
The shape of the scene is based on the KCP morphology. It consists of sharply shaped risers made of nivtec plates. The whole scene is strictly symmetrical and divided in the middle by a high screen that seems to continue on the ground towards the conductor. It is the canvas that dominates the centre. It will be lit in two ways. Either from the back, for the effect of scattered light, or from the front, or from the floors for effect lighting.The stage should be designed in such a way as to play the whole repertoire of atmospheres described in the script. From simple intimate scenes, to glittering and shimmering moods, to the party end of the show. Stage lighting should be designed to play the whole repertoire of atmospheres in the script.
