Superbloom festival and our first Twin stage! And what were the dimensions? 74 meters wide, 18 meters tall, and 40 meters deep – practically a small apartment block, just lying down. We brought in 55 trucks full of equipment and structures for the three main stages. It took us 7 days to build, and only one night plus 3 days to dismantle. To give the bands enough space for proper programming, we set up two wygroom studios. We also brought a record 8 MA3 full-size desks this year – one of them even controlled the entire stadium’s house lights. And what about the Neo Neo stage? It was a mobile stage for the first time.
While we were busy with the tech, Pepa managed to run 28 kilometers around the stadium and climbed the stadium stairs 3 times in one day – quite the achievement! Our 13-member SMART team (technical production and stage managers) collectively walked almost 750,000 steps.
It was a beautiful way to end the festival season. Thanks for having us again!
